In 2010 HBC undertook a year long process in order to set a clear direction for itself for the next ten years. We sought to focus not on our weaknesses but on our strengths in the hope that we would build upon them. A process of Appreciative Enquiry was used to help us determine what God has called us to do here in Helensburgh and around the world.
